Edith Ahinaye Amarteifio is a Marriage and Family Therapy master’s degree holder, wellness facilitator, entrepreneur, pastor, and faith-rooted leader committed to helping individuals and families live healthier, more integrated lives. She completed her Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and is currently working toward licensure. Edith brings together clinical training, lived experience, and spiritual insight in her approach to wellness and healing. She is the founder of Peak Homecare Associates, serves in pastoral leadership with CEM Indiana Missions, and is a devoted mother of one—an identity that continually shapes her compassion, perspective, and commitment to generational wellness.
As one of the visionaries behind Peak Wellness Hour, Edith helps create intentional spaces for honest conversations around emotional health, boundaries, healing, resilience, and purpose. Drawing from counseling principles, mindfulness practices, and spiritual wisdom, she guides participants toward self-awareness, wholeness, and empowered living. Known for her compassionate yet grounded presence, Edith believes wellness is not a destination but a daily practice—one that honors the mind, body, spirit, and lived story of each individual. Her work reflects a deep commitment to helping others rise, rebuild, and live at their peak.
