Welcome to The Peak Wellness Hour Book Club, a conscious community for readers who love growth, reflection, and meaningful conversation. This is a shared space where we explore books that nourish the mind, spirit, body, and wealth, blending personal insight with holistic wisdom in a safe, supportive environment. Together, we read with intention, reflect with purpose, and grow through connection—turning pages into powerful pathways for personal transformation.
Once a week, we will come together in a group setting via Zoom to discuss the chapters read. This will give each participant a space to ask questions and offer feedback and insight. Each book club session will last 4-7 weeks, depending on the length of the book selection, allowing for plenty of time to take a few pages in per day. So, rather you are an avid reader or rarely read, you will fit right in!
